As Dalal Street gears up for an eventful week starting January 29, both the primary and secondary markets are set to witness a flurry of activity. Six initial public offerings (IPOs) are slated to hit the street, while an impressive lineup of 10 companies is scheduled for listings.
1. BLS E-Services IPO
Kicking off the IPO wave is New Delhi-based BLS E-Services, a technology-enabled digital service provider. The maiden public issue opens on January 30, offering shares in the price range of Rs 129-135. The company, a subsidiary of BLS International Services, aims to raise Rs 310.9 crore through a fresh issue of 2,30,30,000 equity shares, with the issue closing on February 1.
2. Megatherm Induction IPO
On January 29, Megatherm Induction, a manufacturer of induction heating and melting products, will launch its IPO at a price band of Rs 100-108 per share. The company seeks to raise Rs 53.91 crore through a book-built issue that concludes on January 31, featuring a fresh issue of 49.92 lakh equity shares.
3. Harshdeep Hortico IPO
Manufacturer and supplier of pots and planters, Harshdeep Hortico, will open its IPO for subscription from January 29-31. The company aims to mobilize Rs 19.09 crore through a book-built issue of 42.42 lakh equity shares, with a fixed price band of Rs 42-45 per share.
4. Mayank Cattle Food IPO
Simultaneously, Mayank Cattle Food, a Gujarat-based oil company specializing in manufacturing cattle food, will also be open for subscription from January 29-31. The company plans to raise Rs 19.44 crore through a fixed price issue of Rs 108 per share.
5. Baweja Studios IPO
Commencing on January 29, Baweja Studios offers the most significant IPO among the public issues scheduled for the week. The technology-based commercial films production company aims to raise Rs 97.2 crore through a mix of fresh issuance and an offer-for-sale, with a price band of Rs 170-180 per share. The issue closes on February 1.
6. Gabriel Pet Straps IPO
The final IPO of the week comes from Gabriel Pet Straps, a company specializing in pet straps for heavy materials packaging. The fixed price issue will be open for subscription from January 31 to February 2, targeting Rs 8.06 crore at Rs 101 per share.
Listings Next Week
Two major listings are also on the horizon. Epack Durable, the original design manufacturer of room air conditioners, will list its equity shares on January 30, having raised Rs 640 crore through IPO. On January 31, Nova AgriTech, a company dealing in soil health, plant nutrition, and crop protection products, is set to make its debut on the mainboard.
As the market anticipates these new developments, analysts reveal that Epack Durable IPO shares are available at around a 5 percent premium, while Nova AgriTech shares are trading at more than a 50 percent premium over their respective IPO prices.
Additionally, eight out of the ten listings planned for next week will be from the SME segment, with companies like Qualitek Labs, Euphoria Infotech India, Konstelec Engineers, and Addictive Learning Technology making their debuts on various exchanges.
Investors are keeping a close watch on the market, considering the substantial interest shown in recent IPO subscriptions, with Qualitek Labs, Brisk Technovision, Euphoria Infotech India, Konstelec Engineers, and Addictive Learning Technology garnering significant attention from investors. Fonebox Retail, DelaPlex, and Docmode Health Technologies also saw notable subscription figures on their debut on January 25.
